The receptionist of this hotel (bold with glasses) is a total disrespetful person. We we had an emergency and I had to go to the toilet as the public one was crowded, when he asked to pay 1 euro to my wife meanwhile she was waiting for me at the lobby, plus another one for her if she wanted to go as well. We've felt treated worst than dogs. Unnaceptable lack of respect, empathy and bad modals. Never seen something similar in my life, specially in a country like the Netherlands. I really hope that this rating arrives to the hotel management as, for sure, they wouldn't like to have an employee who is putting at risk the reputation of the hotel
